3 ounces spinach (fresh or frozen) |
2 ounces cheese |
Directions:
1. Place spinach in bottom and up sides of a ramekin or muffin tin. 2. Crack and egg into the middle. 3. Top with cheese. 4. Microwave till the egg is done to your preference. |
