From Mr. Breakfast Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 cup onion |
1/2 cup mushroom |
2 garlic cloves |
1 canned tomato |
1 dash salt and pepper |
4 eggs |
Directions:
1. Saute onion, mushrooms and garlic in oil. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. 2. Cook on simmer only 20 minutes. 3. For sauce with eggs, crack 2 eggs per person into sauce and let eggs poach. Serve in red sauce with french bread. |
