One of the easiest gormet morning meal recipes I know of and so much better than 90% of Dinning Out establishments. I'll post a picture soon after this is published. Ingredients:
6 eggs |
1/2 tablespoon milk |
2 ounces butter |
1/2 lemon |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
2 english muffins |
4 ounces ham |
2 ounces american cheese |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. HOLLANDAISE SAUCE PREP:. 2. small sauce pan melt 1/4 cup butter low heat. 3. small mixing bowl blend 2 egg yokes. 4. add 1 table spoon milk to yokes. 5. add juice of 1/2 a lemmon to yokes. 6. add 1 teaspoon cyane pepper to yokes. 7. beat above contents-and set aside. 8. EGG POACHING:. 9. fill egg poacher with water as manufactures directions. 10. add 1 teaspoon vinigar. 11. poach eggs. 12. HOLLANDAISE SAUCE COMPLETION:. 13. add egg yoke blend to melted butter, reduce heat. 14. stir constantly till hollandaise sauce thickens. 15. ENGLISH MUFFINS:. 16. split with fork. 17. butter. 18. broil for 3-5 minutes. 19. PRESENTATION:. 20. remove muffins from broiler. 21. add cheese. 22. ham. 23. egg. 24. top with sauce. 25. ENJOY!~. |
