I have been making these forever. Nice treat on the weekends for breakfast. You can make however many servings you need. Ingredients:
6 slices bacon |
6 eggs |
salt & pepper |
melted butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Saute or broil lightly strips of bacon. 3. Grease bottom of muffin tin with the butter. 4. Line the sides with the bacon. 5. Place 1 egg in each pan. 6. Bake for 10 minutes or until eggs are set. 7. Turn them out onto: rounds of toast, English muffins or pineapple rings. |
