I make these every now and then when I need the extra protein! Ingredients:
6 eggs |
a splash of milk |
3 large leaves of spinach |
2 slices of your favorite cheese, or what ever you have in the house |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Throw everything into the blender, and blend the crap out of it. 2. I use one of those microwave cupcake things. 3. Spray each cup with cooking oil. 4. Pour an equal amount into each cup. 5. Put into the microwave and cook until done, between 4 and 6 minutes, depending on the microwave! 6. Serve with rotel tomatoes!!! 7. Enjoy! |
