                    This cute decoration will look great on a platter of cold meats. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                hard-boiled egg  |  
                                                1 small tomato  |  
                                                mayonnaise  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cut a piece off the bottom of the egg so it will stand up, and cut the top off so it is fairly level. 2. Cut a medium sized tomato in half and remove the juicy flesh so it’s like a cup. Set the tomato cup on top of the egg, upside down, so it’s like a mushroom with an egg stem. 3. Make little white spots on the tomato with mayonnaise and stand the mushrooms on a platter with cold meats.                              |
