a cool Sunday breakfast dish. Ingredients:
6 hard cooked eggs |
2 cups white sauce |
8 slices of toast |
salt and pepper |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Separate the yolkes from the white of the eggs; chop the white very fine, add to the shite sauce, with salt and pepper. Place two pieces of toast of plate, pour white sauce over and sprinkle with paprika. |
