Eggplant in a Spicy Sauce, Terong Belado

Ingredients:
1 lb eggplant, asian, sliced diagonally
2 chili peppers, seeded sliced, 1 green 1 red
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons oil
4 limes, juice of
Directions:
1. In a mortar and pestle, crush chili peppers and onion to make a paste; a food processor would work.
2. Fry eggplant in oil until half cooked; remove eggplant.
3. Add paste; cook until aromas develop.
4. Add eggplant.
5. Add lime juice; mix well; serve.
