I don't know where this came from, but they sure are tasty. Ingredients:
1 medium eggplant, cut into fry sized strips |
3/4 cup flour |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch pepper |
1 dash garlic salt |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Shake eggplant fries in a large ziploc bag with flour, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. 2. Fry in the 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 3. Drain on a paper towel. 4. Broil in the oven to make crispy. 5. Serve with marinara or alfredo for dipping. |
