Eggnog Sherry Cake

Delicious, moist, and Christmasy.
Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix (not pudding)
4 eggs
3/4 cup dry sherry
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (5 1/8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease 10” Bundt pan.
3. Combine cake mix, eggs, sherry, oil, pudding and nutmeg.
4. Beat with low speed mixer for 1 minute.
5. Scrap bowl and mix high speed 3 minutes.
6. Scrap bowl and pour into Bundt pan.
7. Bake 45-50 minutes.
8. Cool and turn out.
9. Glaze with powdered sugar mixed with sherry.
