A very rich and potent eggnog. It was suggested it be served Xmas morning at breakfast! I found it was great for an open house and certainly a small punch cup is adequate. Yummy Ingredients:
2 liters vanilla ice cream |
4 cups hot strong coffee |
3 cups rye whiskey |
1 cup light rum |
freshly grated nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Place ice cream in a large punch bowl. 2. Att hot coffee and stir until melted. 3. Cool. 4. Stir in whiskey and rum. 5. Refrigerate up to 2 days before serving. 6. Grate nutmeg on top. |
