Ingredients:
4 egg whites whipped |
4 egg yolks beaten |
1 cup(s) heavy/whipping cream |
3/4 cup(s) macnaughton canadian whisky |
nutmeg |
2 cup(s) skim milk |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1/4 cup(s) white rum |
Directions:
1. Add sugar to egg whites; beat until stiff. Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly. Add rum and whisky. Beat. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill well. Serve with a light sprinkling of freshly grated nutmeg on top. 2. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute skim milk for rum and whisky |
