For all that can't eat eggs. Again no pan size or cook time. Ingredients:
2 c. brown sugar |
3/4 c. margarine |
2 c. blackberry jam |
2 c. buttermilk |
4 c. flour |
2 tsps. soda |
3 tsps. cinnamon |
2 tsps. cloves |
2 tsps. nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Cream brown sugar and margarine. 2. Add jam and buttermilk. 3. Mix dry ingredients together and mix into batter. 4. Cook at 325 degrees until springs back when touched. 5. ==================================================== 6. Note: My ideas on pan sizes. 7. You could use a 10 tube pan, 9 x 13 inch pan for when I baked my moms cake I have used these size pans. Also you might try the round cake pans but have no idea on how many. |
