Eggless Jam Cake

For all that can't eat eggs. Again no pan size or cook time.
Ingredients:
2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. margarine
2 c. blackberry jam
2 c. buttermilk
4 c. flour
2 tsps. soda
3 tsps. cinnamon
2 tsps. cloves
2 tsps. nutmeg
Directions:
1. Cream brown sugar and margarine.
2. Add jam and buttermilk.
3. Mix dry ingredients together and mix into batter.
4. Cook at 325 degrees until springs back when touched.

6. Note: My ideas on pan sizes.
7. You could use a 10 tube pan, 9 x 13 inch pan for when I baked my moms cake I have used these size pans. Also you might try the round cake pans but have no idea on how many.
