Eggless Easy Vanilla Ice Cream |

No eggs which is good for us as we know several little allergic people (who love Ice-cream). Ingredients:
2 cups half-and-half |
1 cup heavy whipping cream |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingerdients in bowl, mixing well. 2. Start the ice cream maker and pour mixture through hole in lid. 3. Churn for 20-40 mins or until desired consistancy. 4. Variations: Add 1/2 cup mix-ins, such as chocolate chips or chopped nuts, after ice cream has churned for at least 15 minutes or when mixture is thick and has star5ted to freeze. |
