This is a popular recipe. My fiance loves this dish. It's so simple to make, that even a person who burns water can cook. :D Ingredients:
1 eggs |
salt |
pepper |
1 slices of white bread |
butter |
skillet |
Directions:
1. pinch hole in center of bread the size of an egg yoke 2. melt butter in skillet on med heat until bottom is coated 3. place bread in skillet, and pour egg in the center 4. let egg fry and soak into bread 5. flip if desired (I don't like runny eggs, but for those of you who do, it's done) 6. take out of skillet, and enjoy. |
