Often served in glasses for an eggnog type of drink as well as a dessert Ingredients:
6 egg yolks |
2 egg whites |
6 tablespoons sugar |
4 -6 teaspoons brandy |
Directions:
1. Beat the egg yolks and whites with an electric mixer until thick and lemon-colored. Add the sugar gradually, continuing to beat. 2. Use sherbet glasses, and place 1 tsp of brandy in each. Gently spoon the egg mixture over this. |
