Eggactly Right Breakfast

This is a breakfast I cook often. It is wonderfully light and fluffy. You may never eat plain scrambled eggs again!
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 cup half and half or milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter
2 slices nature's own butter bread or other good quality bread
Directions:
1. Beat eggs with half and half, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
2. In skillet, melt 1 to 2 teaspoons of butter.
3. Once butter melts, place bread in skillet.
4. Turn bread to absorb butter on both sides.
5. Add more butter and repeat for second piece of bread.
6. Return bread to skillet(over med. heat) and brown lightly on each side, place one slice of bread on plate.
7. Add remaining butter to pan and melt.
8. Stir in eggs and cook,(over med. high heat) stirring often until cooked(do not overcook as it will dry out eggs) This step takes only a few minutes.
9. Divide eggs equally and place equal amounts on top of each slice of bread(toast).
10. Serve.
