Ingredients:

1 egg yolk, divided

1 teaspoon water, divided

liquid food coloring

Directions:

1. Place 1 egg yolk in a small bowl.
2. Add 1 teaspoon water and a few drops food coloring; beat lightly.
3. Use to decorate pastry before baking.
