This is a spicy version of egg ....... it goes well with biriyani,steamed rice or even roti(bread)..... Ingredients:
egg-4,potatoes-cooked&peeled |
onion-1-sliced |
tomato-1-make as paste |
ginger garlic paste-1tsp |
chilly powder-1/2 tsp |
coriender powder 1/2 tsp |
turmeric powder -a pinch |
Directions:
1. Hot boil the eggs 2. Make small slits on the eggs without making it into pieces 3. in a pan...add the chopped onion,cook till golden brown 4. Add the chilly powder,coriender powder,turmeric powder 5. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry it well 6. Add the tomato paste and cook well 7. Add the boiled eggs&potatoes 8. cook until it becomes thick gravy. |
