Quick and Easy but tasty low-cal Omelette. Be sure to add many different spices and or herbs to this omelette. Jalapenos are also good with it. Ingredients:
3 egg whites |
1/4 cup chopped onions |
1/4 cup chopped green pepper |
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms |
1/4 cup chopped asparagus |
2 oz. white wine for sauteing |
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites with whisk 2. Chop veggies and saute in Wine until tender 3. Spray 10 inch non-stick skillet with Pam - Olive Oil 4. Pour in egg whites cook until firm enough to turn over 5. Add veggies on one half of the skillet, turn the other half over . . . Cut into two pieces and serve with salsa of your choice. |
