Egg White, Spinach, & Cheese Omelette

Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1/2 cup spinach (i use frozen chopped)
1/2 oz american cheese
Directions:
1. (I defrost the spinach in warm water while frying eggs)
2. Spray pan
3. wisk then fry 4 egg whites & flip over
4. add cheese & drained spinach over 1/2 the circle
5. fold over & press down with spatula
