4 egg whites |
1/2 cup spinach (i use frozen chopped) |
1/2 oz american cheese |
Directions:
1. (I defrost the spinach in warm water while frying eggs) 2. Spray pan 3. wisk then fry 4 egg whites & flip over 4. add cheese & drained spinach over 1/2 the circle 5. fold over & press down with spatula |
