egg whites are healthy Ingredients:
3 egg whites |
2 tbsp roasted red pepper |
1/4 c mushrooms |
2 cups baby spinach |
1 tsp balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. crack and separate 3 eggs 2. cook egg whites in medium pan 3. in a separate pan, cook mushrooms 4. add peppers and spinach and 1 tsp water 5. put omlet on plate and add veggies on top, fold |
