Low cal, delicious. Can add spinach too. Ingredients:
1 cup egg whites |
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms |
1/2 cup sliced green onions |
4 t parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup salsa |
Directions:
1. Pour egg whites into omelette pan sprayed with Pam. Cook over medium heat, lifting sides to let liquid flow beneath. Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly across surface when it gets bubbly. Add mushrooms and onions. Fold one side over. Serve topped with salsa. |
