1/4 red pepper, chopped |
1 slice weight watchers multi-grain bread |
Directions:
1. Chop red peppers. 2. Place red peppers, and the egg substitute in a bowl and mix. 3. Cover and cook for 2 minutes in microwave. 4. Toast bread and place omelet on bread. |
