Vegetable-filled healthy omelet Ingredients:
1/3 c onion, chopped |
1/3 c pepper, green, chopped |
1/3 c mushrooms, chopped |
1 clove garlic, chopped |
3 egg whites |
2 tbsp salsa, commercial |
Directions:
1. Spray pan with Pam. 2. Saute vegetables until soft. 3. Remove vegetables from pan, add egg whites. 4. Cook until slightly firm. 5. Add vegetables to 1/2 of omelet.Cook a little more. 6. Fold in half. Slide onto plate. Top with salsa. |
