Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp oil, pam
1/2 tomato, diced
Directions:
1. Place egg whites in bowl. Place onion and beat gently with a fork.
2. Spray pan lightly with Pam, place under a low flame and add egg/onion mixture. When it is nearly cooked add the tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
