low calorie omelet Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1 small onion, sliced |
1 tsp oil, pam |
1/2 tomato, diced |
Directions:
1. Place egg whites in bowl. Place onion and beat gently with a fork. 2. Spray pan lightly with Pam, place under a low flame and add egg/onion mixture. When it is nearly cooked add the tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. |
