I love an egg wash on my pies with a sprinkle of sugar viola beautiful pies!

Ingredients:

1 large egg

1 teaspoon heavy cream (preferably) or 1 teaspoon whole milk

Directions:

1. Beat egg and cream or milk in small bowl until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Preparation time is the cooking time I did not include the time for the pies to bake as it is an unknown.
