use only extra virgin olive oil in any Jannid recipe! The habanero olive oil gives it a nice kick. Turmeric adds a pretty yellow and gives your arthritis a nice dose of nature's anti-inflammatory! If I don't have red pepper, I use chopped carrot. Ingredients:
1/4 c onion, chopped |
1/4 c red bell pepper, chopped |
1 c spinach, chopped |
1/8 t turmeric |
1 t olive oil |
2 egg |
Directions:
1. saute onion, pepper in habanero olive oil til lightly browned. Add spinach in olive oil til slightly wilted, then add turmeric, stir to mix. 2. Add the beaten eggs, stir gently til done. |
