This easy egg substitute was submitted by Muazzama Mushtaq Ali Petkar in this week's Household Tips column of the Thursday magazine. It seemed really interesting and I can't wait to try it. If you do try it before me, let me know how it works! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon milk |
1 tablespoon custard powder |
Directions:
1. Mix both and use as a substitute for ONE egg in cakes. 2. Repeat, depending on the number of eggs required for the cake. 3. Enjoy! |
