Don't turn your nose up until you try it. Dad raised me on this recipe and it's best served warm on toast.
Ingredients:
6 -8 eggs
2 -3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon peanut butter (just enough to taste)
Directions:
1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes.
2. Peel eggs and mash into medium bowl.
3. Add mayo and peanut butter.
4. Best served on toast.
