This is a unique and delicious way to make egg salad. Enjoy! Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup mayonnaise (i like to use miracle whip) |
8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
10 spanish olives, chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
