A low-fat, low-cal, super-tasty egg salad.
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp onion
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Place three eggs in cold water over med-high heat. Cook for 15 minutes.
2. Peel shells and discard two yolks. Mix in chopped onion, mayo, tabasco, mustard, salt, and pepper.
