Plain and simple, the way the kids like it. Ingredients:
6 eggs |
1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon yellow mustard |
1 tablespoon white vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Immerse in cool water and peel as soon as possible. Dice. 2. Mix all together in airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. |
