Ingredients:
eggs |
mayonnaise |
mustard |
salt & pepper |
onion powder |
sugar |
yellow food coloring |
onion |
Directions:
1. Boil Eggs; Place in pot of cold water, bring to boil. Remove from burner & cover for 25 minutes. Carefully drain & add cold water. Refrigerate several hours. 2. Peel and chop eggs. Finely chop onions 3. Add mayo, a bit of mustard, salt, pepper, onion powder to taste. If too bitter, at pinch of sugar. Add food coloring to brighten yellow color if desired. |
