Egg rice (Duration of cooking: 30 min) Ingredients:
2 cups rice |
1 onion |
2 green chili peppers |
1 teaspoon ginger paste |
1 teaspoon garlic paste |
1/4 teaspoon spices (ratio 1/2 stick of cinnamon,3 cardamon, 6 cloves) |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. First cook rice and keep it aside. 2. Sweat (saute over medium-low heat) onions and green chilies together. 3. Add ginger and garlic paste. 4. Add rice and mix everything well. 5. Add salt. 6. Add the spices powder. 7. Add the beaten eggs. 8. Cook until everything is mixed well. |
