Ingredients:
10 whole(s) potatoes peeled and cooked
6-8 whole(s) eggs
1 whole(s) onion chopped
2 whole(s) green peppers chopped
1/2 stick(s) butter
salt and pepper to taste
2 package(s) ranch dressing mix
16 ounce(s) sour cream
1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
fresh rosemary
4 cup(s) cheese
paprika to taste
Directions:
1. Boil peeled potatoes and drain. Brown potatoes with onions, peppers, butter, salt, and pepper in pan. Pour potato mixture into casserole dish and add ranch dressing mix, sour cream, onion powder, cheese, garlic powder, and fresh rosemary and mix together. Beat eggs and pour over ingredients in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until hot.
