Bakes at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef |
1 chopped onion |
1 medium size egg plant |
1/2 c. grated parmasan cheese |
8 oz. can of tomato sauce |
1 teasp. salt |
1/4 teas. garlic salt |
slices of mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Saute 1 pound lean ground beef, 1 chopped onion and 1 medium size egg plant. 2. When onion is transparent, drain off fat. 3. Add 1/2 cup grated Parmasean cheese, 8 ounce can of tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt. 4. Mix thoroughly and pour into casserole. 5. Top with slices of Mozzarella cheese and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
