Egg Noodles with Chicken and Shallots |

Ingredients:
1 cup(s) whole wheat egg noodles |
4 cup(s) water |
2 ounce(s) chicken breasts |
2 bulb(s) dry shallots |
2 cup(s) mixed vegetables |
1 tablespoon(s) coconut oil |
1 teaspoon(s) various spices |
1 parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Pasta: 2. Bring water to a rapid boil. Add salt if desired. 3. Add pasta and stir until pasta returns to a boil. 4. Cook pasta for 6 minutes [al dente]. 5. In the meantime, add coconut oil to a preheated saucepan. Sauté shallots for one minute. Add spices. [paprika, curry - be creative] 6. Add chicken and sauté for 3 minutes. 7. Add vegetables. Sauté for another 3 minutes. 8. Add strained pasta to saucepan and stir. 9. If desired, add some parmesan cheese. |
