Egg Noodles With Brown Butter and Feta  |

                    This is so quick and easy.  From Gourmet magazine.  Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 lb dried egg noodles or 1 lb egg pasta  |  
                                                1/2 cup butter  |  
                                                6 ounces greek feta, crumbled  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cook noodles according to package directions, until just tender. 2. While noodles cook, melt butter in a small sauce pan over low heat until it begins to turn golden brown, about 6 minutes. Remove from heat. 3. Spread 1/3 of noodles on a large platter and sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese. 4. Repeat the layering 2 more times. 5. Pour brown butter over noodles and toss. 6.
