Easy egg noodle recipe Ingredients:
2 cups flour (or more) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Sift flour with salt. 2. Make a well in the center of flour. 3. add beaten eggs and water. 4. Mix with a fork in to a ball. 5. Roll out as thin as possible on floured surface, let dry. 6. Roll sheet up tightly and slice with a knife. 7. Separate strands of noodles 8. Combine with your favorite soup and cook for 10 to 12 minute. |
