Good icing for cake more oldie but goodies Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
3 egg yolks |
6 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar |
1/4 cup bourbon whiskey |
Directions:
1. Beat butter and egg yolks until smooth. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, 2 cups at a time, alternately with bourbon. Beat well after each addition. 2. This makes enough for a 3-layer cake. |
