My family looks forward to the holidays: the music, the decorations and especially the holiday food. My sister Kelly really goes nuts over egg nog. So this year, I created this concoction for her. I suggest you serve this when entertaining. Read more . It is extremely easy to make (it can be served with or without alcohol) and it makes for a beautiful presentation. Ingredients:
2 pints cinnamon ice cream |
1/2 gallon egg nog |
1/2 cup fresh mint |
Directions:
1. Place one large scoop of ice cream into individual cups (martini glasses would always be fun too). 2. Pour enough Egg Nog in each glass to cover the ice cream almost completely. 3. Place one fresh mint leaf in each glass. 4. Serve with a spoon and enjoy. |
