Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup flour, sifted
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
2. Then beat in remaining ingredients, until very smooth .
3. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet about 3-inches apart. Sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
4. Bake at 325 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
