Easy breakfast side to serve with the scrapple or not. Ingredients:
fresh ripe tomatoes |
2 pounds of raw potatoes |
1/2 cup flour |
4 eggs |
4 tablespoon milk |
1 can (1pound) whole sweet corn |
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes,grate ,rinse,drain,and squeeze surplus liqued in a dish towel 2. Mix with the rest of the ingredients 3. Fry by Tablespoons dollups until golden brown 4. Serve with Sliced Fresh Tomatoes,salted and Peppered, 5. And the Scrapple (if you like) |
