This is a simple accompaniment to any oriental dish.
Ingredients:
400g cooked white rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 spring onions, finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
1 egg
50g peas (garden peas or petit pois)
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in the wok.
2. Fry the spring onions and garlic for 40 seconds.
3. Add the rice and stir-fry for two minutes.
4. Splash the soy sauce over the rice.
5. Pour the egg on top off the rice and mix well.
6. Serve and enjoy.
