Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
200 g parboiled rice, cooked
2 medium eggs
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1 dash of salt
1 dash of pepper
5 inner leaf romaine lettuce
Directions:
1. heat oil in a pan at medium heat
2. julienne the onion
3. mince garlic
4. sauté onion for a minute, then garlic
5. stir in eggs for under a minute
6. stir in rice, salt and pepper
7. let rice cooked for 5 minutes at low heat while stirring occassionally
8. Serve hot with romaine lettuce
