i adapted this recipie Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 cup brown sugar or 1 cup granulated sugar |
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup water |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°. Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt with . Mix in remaining ingredients. 2. spoon into 12 muffin cases. 3. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. |
