Ingredients:
5 tablespoon(s) cornstarch |
1 tablespoon(s) dairyfree margarine |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1/3 cup(s) unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
3 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt in a large saucepan. 2. Add water, stirring with the whisk until combined. 3. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. 4. Add margarine and vanilla and stir until completely incorporated. Pudding should be thick and smooth. 5. Pour into individual glass bowls/cups. Let cool to room temp. Chill completely before serving. |
