My daughter loves to have Egg drop soup whenever we go to a Chinese restaurant. But now that she found this recipe we can make it at home. Ingredients:
1 cup chicken broth |
1 cup water |
1/2 tsp. sugar |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
green onion sliced |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, bring broth, water & sugar to a boil over medium heat. 2. Reduce heat to low. 3. Drizzle beaten egg into hot broth. 4. Remove from heat; stir in onions |
