This is so good.... easy and tasty. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 c. chicken broth |
1 tsp. salt |
dash of white pepper |
1 med. green onion (with top), chopped |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
1 tablespoon corn starch |
2 tablespoon cold water |
soy sauce to taste (optional) |
Directions:
1. Heat chicken broth, salt and white pepper to boiling in 2 quart saucepan. 2. Stir green onion into eggs. 3. Pour egg mixture slowly into broth, stirring constantly with fork until egg forms shreds. 4. 3 servings (about 1 cup each). 5. Thicken with cornstarch in wanted. 6. Add soy if wanted. 7. I used to buy the boxed until I found this a couple years ago... I have this for lunch quite often. 8. Enjoy! |
